Delete data — Eureki

Eureki lets you delete specific data without deleting the account. This page describes each option.

1. Delete data inside the app

All actions live in Settings → Privacy & Data:

Delete chat history

1. Tap Delete chat history.
2. Confirm by typing APAGAR.

Removes the chat history with the mentor (Ask Eureki) stored on this device. Does not affect your goal or progress.

Delete all notes

1. Tap Delete notes.
2. Confirm by typing APAGAR.

Deletes all notes stored on the device (including those created from the chat).

Clear local data

1. Tap Clear local data.
2. Confirm by typing REPOR.

Clears everything on this device: profile, goal, progress, quotas, preferences, and cache. The app returns to its initial state. Your Firebase account remains — to delete it, see Delete account.

2. How to request by email

If you prefer to request by email, write to support@eureki.app with:

• Subject: Data deletion request
• Body: the email associated with the account and which data you want to delete (chat, notes, progress, profile)

We respond to GDPR requests within a maximum of 30 days.

3. Other GDPR rights

Besides partial data deletion, you can also:

• Access: request a copy of your data (sent as structured JSON)
• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Portability: receive your data in a structured format to transfer to another service
• Object: oppose processing based on legitimate interest (operational telemetry, security)

4. To delete the ENTIRE account

If you want to delete the Eureki account completely (including the Firebase Auth record), see Delete account.
