Delete account — Eureki

This page explains how to delete your Eureki account and associated data, under GDPR (Art. 17 — right to erasure).


1. How to delete your account inside the app

  1. Open the Eureki app on your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings (bottom-right tab).
  3. Tap Privacy & Data.
  4. Scroll to the Delete account and data action.
  5. Confirm by typing the word ELIMINAR in the dialog.

The app processes the request immediately and signs you out, returning to the initial authentication screen.


2. How to request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app (for example, you lost your device), send an email to support@eureki.app with:

We respond to GDPR requests within a maximum of 30 days. This period may be extended by up to 2 months in complex cases.
